Returns and Exchanges

 

If one of the gifts in your Boxy is damaged on arrival we will provide a replacement free of charge.

Please contact us at suzanne@boxynz.com within 7 days of proven receipt of your Gift Box with a description of the item, the damage and a picture of the damage

We will replace with the same item or an appropriate item of the same value if the original is no longer in stock.

Please note: Shipping costs to return damaged items to Boxy NZ are the customers responsibility and are non refundable
